A Question

Post by H R Numpty on Wed Feb 21, 2018 4:12 pm

This question was asked by an IOD on one of the other forums:

"I was recruited by my force for being honest, respectable and an upstanding citizen. I gave evidence in various courts; never was I regarded as a liar.

Why is it, now that I'm retired with an injury on duty award, that my force, well, namely HR and the SMP, seem to think that I have now morphed into a deceitful, lying monster?

I am no different today than I was in the job. Except that I have been injured on duty.

I went through a traumatic process to be awarded this pension and had to fulfil all the criteria required.

Why, at my review, do they not want to believe a thing I tell them?

Anyone have the answer?

Perhaps the question is not reflecting on your integrity but theirs! Remember some of these people are sociopaths and whatever comes out of their mouths is right.e. black is white and white is black or whatever their say it is today!
Retain your integrity, principals are not negotiable.
