All IOD's are hugely grateful for the work done on our behalf by David Lock QC and our legal team.

David Lock QC.

Recently Mr Lock posted his views and comments on Medical reviews of former police officers on injury pensions: Is there any duty to provide medical records?

That item has resulted in a lot of interest and he has today posted further views and opinion on The duty on Medical Authorities to resolve factual issues when making police injury pension decisions.

These views and opinions are very informative and extremely useful to us, These views are after all 'from the horses mouth' unlike the sort of stuff churned out by the likes of NWEF which you might say emanates from the opposite end of the animal - so to speak!
