Performance of SMP's

Post by Roger Melly on Thu Mar 10, 2016 3:30 pm

It must be the time of year but I feel frustrated by the inept actions of medical practitioners carrying out the role of SMP, or it may be part of my condition to be confrontational.
Should the HO in line with current spending reviews and efficiency savings look at SMP's assessments and challengers both locally and at PMBA's and question the outcomes in the form of financial penalties.
The amount of money saved by justified (or not) re banding of IOD's vs the costs of the process, should be made open for public scrutiny.
Should either the Federation or NARPO's not be asking this question, after all if monies are being wasted!!!
